摘要
建立了流动注射—冷原子吸收光谱测定中药中微量汞的方法。测定汞的最低检出限为 0 334μg/g ,相对标准偏差小于 5 % ,加标回收率为 98%～ 10 4 %。方法操作简便、快速 。
Various test conditions and effect factors for determination of mercury by flow injection-atomic absorption spectrometry were discussed and a method for the determination of mercury in chinese drug has been developed.The Hnear range for mercury are 0～60 μg/g.The detection limit of mercury is 0.334 μg/g.The relative standard deviation is less than 5% and the recovery is 98%～104%.This method is simple,rapid and has been applied to the determination of mercury in chinese drug samples with satisfactory results.
