去白细胞前后库存SAGM红细胞C_(3b)受体功能的测定 被引量:4

摘要 目的 揭示不同时期库存的SAGM红细胞悬液去除白细胞前、后其红细胞C3b受体 (RBC C3bR)及其介导的免疫粘附功能的改变 ,并了解SAGM红细胞悬液经过滤器去除白细胞后再保存不同时期对红细胞C3b受体及其介导的免疫粘附功能的影响。方法 对 60份库存血样行红细胞C3b受体 (RBC C3bR)花环试验和免疫复合物 (RBC ICR)花环试验测定 ,其中 3 0份为保存第 1、3、7、14、2 1天的库存SAGM红细胞悬液采用白细胞过滤器前、后的标本 ,另 3 0份为SAGM红细胞悬液为去白细胞后保存 1、3、7、14、2 1d的标本。结果 相同时期库存的SAGM红细胞悬液采用过滤器去除白细胞前、后其RBC C3b受体花环率和RBC ICR花环率无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,SAGM红细胞悬液经过滤去除白细胞后再存放不同时期与保存同时期未过滤的SAGM红细胞悬液相比其RBC C3b受体花环率和RBC ICR花环率也无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 使用白细胞滤器对红细胞C3b受体及其介导的免疫粘附功能无明显影响。 Objective To test the RBC C 3b R function of SAGM red cell suspension stored at different time before and after being filtrated by leukocyte filter and to test the RBC C 3b R function of SAGM red cell suspension filtered by leukocyte filter at first and then stored at different time. Methods The white blood cells were removed by leukocyte filter from SAGM red cell suspension. Immune function analysis including RBC C 3b RR and RBC ICR of red blood cell suspension in 30 samples at day 1, 3, 7, 14 and 21 before and after being filtered by leukocyte filter was conducted. Other 30 samples were the ones stored for 1, 3, 7, 14 and 21 days after being filtrated by leukocyte filter. Results No significant difference was found in the activity of RBC C 3b RR and RBC ICR of red blood cell suspension before and after being filtrated by leukocyte filter at the same storing time ( P >0.05) and in that of other 30 samples filtrated by leukocyte filter at first and then stored at different time. Conclusion Filtration by leukocyte filter has no significant effect on the RBC C 3b R function of SAGM red cell.
