微型钛板坚强内固定在眼眶骨折中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨微型钛板坚强内固定治疗眼眶骨折的临床疗效。方法 术中应用微型钛板、钛钉作为眶骨骨折复位、骨移植的内固定 ,术后常规行头颅X线平片或CT扫描检查固定的可靠性。结果 外伤性眼眶骨折患者 5 6例经 6~ 12个月的随访观察 ,未发现感染及钛钉、钛板的排异反应 ,经头颅X线平片或CT扫描检查未见骨折移位复发及移植体的移位。在第 2次手术中发现钛钉、钛板固定牢固可靠。结论 微型钛板坚强内固定治疗眼眶骨折 ,其固定性可靠、效果好 。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect about application of rigid fixation with titanic micro-plates in the repair of orbital fracture. Methods Since 1996, 56 cases suffered from tramatic orbital fracture were presented for treatment. During operation, the titanic micro-plates were applied for rigid fixation in reduction of orbital fracture and bone implant. After the operation, we examined the position of titanic micro-plates by X-ray and CT scan. Results By 6~12 months follow-up, there were no infection and rejection in all cases, the fixed titanic micro-plates were stable by X-ray study and CT scanning postoperatively. We also found that the fixed titanic micro-plates were stable during the second operation. Conclusion The rigid fixation of titanic micro-plates in repairing orbital fracture is dependable and worth developing.
