摘要
本文以板锤铸件凝固过程温度场变化为研究对象,通过有限单元法,对铸件温度场进行模拟。基于模拟结果,采用温度曲线法和温度梯度法对铸件的缩孔进行预测,并结合温度-应力偶合对铸件的热变形和热裂缺陷进行预测。研究结果表明:对缺陷的预测情况与该产品实际生产结果完全相符,所以该数值模拟CAX技术在实际生产中完全可行。
Aiming at temperature variety of hammer casting solidification, temperature field has been simulated via FEM. Based upon simulation forecast of shrink hole has been done via temperature curve and gradient, forecast of deformation and hot crack of casting has been done via combination of temperature with stress, which have been completely conform to practical production results, hence this CAX technique of numerical simulation will be completely adopted to production.
