摘要
通过对住宅火灾现状的分析 ,认为当前对高级住宅、涉外住宅或投资在 30 0 0元 /m2 以上的住宅应考虑采用住宅自动灭火系统。在对若干起自动喷水灭火火灾案例总结的基础上 ,认为同时开启 3个喷头经 10min就足以扑灭住宅火灾。且采用常高压给水系统最为安全可靠 。
By the case analysis of fire accidents of residential houses, it is believed that the automatic fire control devices have to be installed for deluxe houses such as for exclusive residential quarter or houses with specific investment over 3 000 RMB per square meter. Some cases show that the initial fire in residential house could be extinguished in ten minutes by three just open nozzles of automatic fire control system. The common high pressure fire system is reliable and low investment.
