摘要
蔬菜是我国人民生活消费中的重要副食品 ,中国大陆各地把发展蔬菜生产作为调整农业结构、应对加入世贸组织挑战的战略措施之一 ,蔬菜生产规模全面扩大。我国蔬菜年产量已达 4亿多t,蔬菜产值已达2 80 0亿元人民币 ,仅次于粮食的 460 0亿元人民币 ,位居农产品第二位 ,蔬菜的种类、产量、人均消费量和出口量均居世界前列。因此 ,研究蔬菜市场有着特别重要的意义。本文着重报道蔬菜产业概况 ;流通体制 ;“菜篮子工程”建设 ;批发市场 ;上海市蔬菜生产和流通 ;蔬菜市场的发展展望。
Vegetables are important subsidiary foods consumed by Chinese people. Development of vegetable production was regarded as one of strategic measures to readjust agricultural structure and accept the challenge after entering WTO, and so the scales of vegetable production expanded in all parts of Chinese mainland. The annual output of vegetables was over 400 million ton, and the output value was 280 billion yuan (RMB), ranking second among the agricultural products, next to the grain output value 460 billion yuan. The vegetable varieties, output, per capita consumption and export volume were all in the front rank of the world. Therefore it is of momentous significance to study vegetable market. The general situation of vegetable industry, distribution system, building of shopping basket project, produce terminal, and the vegetable production and distribution in Shanghai as well as the prospect for development of vegetable market were reported here to provide reference for the competent authorities at all levels and related research institution.
