摘要
鉴于国内高压注气管柱投入过高的状况 ,在现有注气管柱设计的基础上 ,针对中原油田高压注气现状 ,设计出一种结构上更为简单的注气管柱。通过受力分析及地面试验 ,对该管柱结构的合理性、承压状况及气密封性能进行了论证 ,结果表明 :所设计管柱可完全满足高压注气承压及气密封的技术要求 ;管柱在现场油套环空替入平衡液的情况下 ,最高井口承压达 6 2MPa ,稳定承压 5 6 .5MPa ,最高气密封压力达 5 1.5MPa ,稳定工作时间在半年以上。设计的简易管柱完全可满足小断块油田高压注气的要求。
The cost on high pressure gas injection pipe is very high at home,and based on the currently available gas injection pipe design, a kind of gas injection pipe with simple structure is designed.Dynamic analysis and surface test were conducted to evaluate the structure rationality, pressure load bearing condition and gas sealing property, and the results showed that the designed pipe could fully satisfy the technical requirements.With balancing fluid filled in the casing annular, the pipe could stand a maximum wellhead pressure of 62MPa, and its stable pressure load is 56.5MPa,while the maximum gas sealing pressure is 51.5MPa, and it could work over half a year in stable condition. The designed simple gas injection pipe could be used for high pressure gas injection in small blocked oilfields.
