摘要
电子控制是柴油发动机燃油喷射系统实现柔性喷射过程控制的有效途径。喷射定时对发动机的排放和经济性都有重要影响,传统的机械式供油系统无法兼顾对每一工况的定时优化,而电控燃油喷射系统的重要优势之一就是能对喷射定时进行全工况自由调节。新型脉动式电控燃油喷射系统的喷射定时需要根据输油泵的供油凸轮型线、不同工况、油量、压力、经济性及排放性能的要求进行优化匹配。本文以电控直列泵-管-阀-嘴燃油喷射系统喷射控制理论分析为基础,根据喷射系统应用的实际条件进行了大量试验,为新型电控燃油定时的优化和匹配提供了依据和准则。
Electronic control is an effective means for fuel injection system of diesel engine to control injection flexibly. Injection timing has great influence on emission and fuel efficiency of the engine and traditional mechanical fuel injection systems can not optimize it for each operating condition. But an advantage of electronic control fuel injection system just is that can freely adjust injection timing for all regimes. And the timing optimization for new electronic control jerk-pump fuel injection system must refer to the form of cam, different requirement of operating conditions, pressure, fuel consumption and emission et al. Based on theoretical analysis of injection control of electronic control Pump-Pipe-Valve-Injector fuel injection system, and according as the physical condition the injection system used, a lot of experiments have been carried out, Whicn provides a rule bas is for optimizetion of new electronic control fuel injection.
