间隙连接在眼细胞间的信息传递

摘要 间隙连接是细胞间的结构,通过其形成的通道行使多项功能。由于眼组织功能和解剖结构的特殊性,使得这一结构在眼的稳态、胚胎发育、分化增殖,乃至肿瘤的发生方面起着更为重要的作用。对间隙连接的组成与功能、间隙连接通道的调节、连接蛋白的特点、间隙连接与眼组织代谢的关系、在眼胚胎发育中的作用以及凋亡的关系、与肿瘤的关系等作一综述。 Gap junction is a kind of structure between cells, which pertorms variety of functions by its channels. Due to eye's characters of anatomical structure and optical function, it plays more important roles in eye's stasis, fetation , differentiation , proliferation and tumor incidence. The structure and function of gap junction, its channel regulation, the role of contiexin , the relationship between gap junction and metabolism of eye are reviewed in this paper. The effect of gap junction on embryonic development and cell apoptosis as well as its role in the tumor formation arc discussed.
