摘要
信息技术的发展是企业管理革命的催化剂 ,由此而来的 BPR推动了企业经营模式的彻底变革 .BPR需要信息技术的强有力支持 ,才能完成变革的目的 ,实现企业的愿景 .反之 ,信息技术的应用也只有在 BPR思想的指导下 ,才能避免误入“黑洞”,打破信息弧岛、真正实现资源的共享 .惟有先进的信息技术与 BPR思想相结合 ,双向驱动、相辅相成 ,才能达到再造运作流程、优化企业经营模式、提高企业竞争能力的目的 .
The development of IT is catalysis of management revolution of enterprise, and BPR brought about by it changed operational model of enterprise completely. On one hand, BPR must be supported by IT to realize the purpose of revolution and to realize the vision of enterprise. On the other hand, IT must be applied under the guide of BPR in order to avoid 'black hole', break information silo and to realize sharing information. Only with the combination of IT and BPR and with the mutual promotion of BPR and IT can realize the purpose of better operational model of enterprise and the goal of increasing competence ability of enterprise through reengineering business process.
