摘要
该文对焦糖色素生产的国内外现状进行了分析,寻找我国与发达国家在焦糖色素方面的差距,指出我国焦糖色素的发展方向。
This paper analyzed the current situation of producing caramel pigment domestically and internationally, looked for the difference of caramel pigment between China and developed countries and presented the developmental direction of producing caramel pigment in China.
