摘要
在体育教学中,运用表象训练提高动作质量开创了利用心理因素促进技术学习的新途径。在高校篮球技术教学中运用表象训练,旨在让学生在学习篮球技术的过程中,通过心理训练,使身体运动与大脑思维活动有机结合,以达到强化动作要领,促进对技术的掌握之目的。通过教学实验表明,实验班篮球技术的掌握情况比对照班好。通过对两班学习篮球技术考核,实验班成绩优于对照班,对考核成绩进行了T检验,两班考核结果具有显著性差异(P<0.01),教学效果显著。
In P. E. teaching, applying idea training to progressing the students of acts has created a new way to improve skill learning by psychology. The applying of idea training in college basketball teaching is to enable the students to combine physical movements with the mind by means of psychology training in the process of students?learning basketball skills, so that they can obtain the theme of every act, and then master the skill. The teaching experiment suggests: the students in the experimental class master playing basketball skill superior to those in comparing class, and the results of the students in the experimental class are superior to those of the students in the comparing class. To sum up, the author has a T test on the results, there抮e remarkable differences between the two classes?results. So the methods prove to be effective.
