摘要
研究了锻造镍基高温合金在500~800℃温度范围内的循环应力响应和疲劳寿命行为.结果表明,在各种温度和较高应变幅下,合金均呈现循环硬化;在相同应变范围下,合金的疲劳寿命随着试验温度的升高而降低.此外,利用扫描电子显微镜对疲劳试样的断口进行了分析.
The cyclic stress response and fatigue life behavior were investigated for wrought nickelbased superalloy GH4049 in temperature range from 500?℃ to 800?℃. The behavior of cyclic hardening was observed for higher strain amplitudes at different testing temperatures. The fatigue life generally decreased with an increase in testing temperature for the same strain range. In addition, fracture surfaces of the fatigued samples were examined using a scanning electron microscope.
