摘要
采用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术 ,以随机引物成对组合的方式对鸡毒霉形体(MG) 5株广西分离株和 3株标准株DNA进行了多态性分析。结果显示 ,所选用的 2 0条引物中 ,有 3对 (6条 )引物扩增的条带为 2~ 10条 ,大小在 2 0 0~ 30 0 0bp。相似指数分析显示 ,广西MG分离株Y2与WL、CH与Y3的相似指数最高 ,分别为 0 .92和 0 .86 ,其与H2的相似指数为 0 .36~ 0 .6 2。 3株MG标准毒株S6、K2 2 2 1、K15 0 1与广西分离株间的相似指数为 0 .17~ 0 .5 7。表明广西流行的MG与MG标准株存在差异 。
The polymorphism of 3 reference strains and 5 Guangxi isolates of Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) were analysed by RAPD with the paired combination of arbitrary primers. The amplification results showed that 2-10 bands were amplified with 6 out of 20 primers, and the length of the bands was between 200 bp and 3 000 bp. It were also showed in the study that the similar indexes of isolate Y2 to WL, CH to Y3 are 0.92 and 0.86 respectively, that the similar indexes of isolate H2 to Y2, WL, CH or Y3 are between 0.36 and 0.62, and that the similar indexes of reference strains S6, K2221 or K1501 to Guangxi isolates are between 0.17 and 0.57. The results indicated MG Guangxi isolates show polymorphism, and difference from the refrence strains.
