摘要
视网膜Müller细胞是视网膜内最主要的神经胶质细胞 ,它贯穿整个视网膜 ,包绕与联系视网膜上的各类神经细胞 ,从而与视网膜神经细胞发生多种功能的交互作用。M櫣ller细胞不仅起着支持和营养神经元的作用 ,还包括维持细胞外离子的稳定及参与谷氨酸盐循环、突触传递等作用。近年来 ,随着对视网膜M櫣ller细胞的深入研究 ,发现M櫣ller细胞还参与多种病理和生理过程 ,并且在视网膜的各种疾病中都发现伴有M櫣ller细胞的神经胶质增生反应?允油櫣ller细胞的形态和生理功能作了描述和分析 。
Retinal Müller cells are the most important glia cell type in retina.These cells cross the entire thickness of the tissue,and thereby contact and ensheath virtually every type of neuronal cell body and process.This morphological relationship is reflected by a multitude of functional interactions between retinal neurons and Müller cells.Müller cell not only support and nourish retinal neurons,but also keep extracellular ion homeostasis,glutamate recycling and interaction in synaptic transmission.Recently more and more investigations have shown that Müller cells play a very important role in many physiological and pathological processes and virtually every disease of the retina is associated with a reactive Müller cell gliosis.Some descriptions of the morphology character and physiology function of Müller cells,especially its role in different pathology conditions and current active areas of Müller cells research are reviewed in this article.
