摘要
以苦杏仁和鲜奶为主要原料,配以蔗糖及稳定剂等,通过发酵条件试验、物料配比确定、稳定剂筛选和正交试验的研究,优选出最佳配方,研制出了一种具有营养和保健功能的苦杏仁酸奶。
It is mainly made of bitter almond and milk mixed with cane sugar and stabil izer.It requires orthogonal test,certain proportion of the ingredien ts and proper choice of the stabilize r.We select the best direction and ma nufacture a kind of bitter almond acidophilus mi lk with nutritional and hygienical f unction.
