植物叶片硒含量的测定是衡量环境硒含量的重要手段。用消化液处理叶片,将叶片中结合于硒化物中的硒转化成为游离的Se^(4+)。然后用2,3—二氨基萘(DAN)酸性溶液络合,生成4,5—苯并苤硒脑(4,5—Benzopiaselenol)络合物。取该络合物用环己烷萃取后进行荧光分光光度测试,荧光强度与Se^(4+)的浓度成正比,测出的荧光强度与标准相比较,计算出样品的硒的含量。该方法用于测定叶片中的硒含量,有较高灵敏度。
Determination of selenium content in foliage is an important method to measure environmental selenium content.The selenium in foliage selenide was changed into mobile Se4+ after the foliage were treated by assimilation liquid.The Se4+ was complexed by DAN in acid solution into 4,5-Benzopiaselenol,which was measured with Spectro-photofluorometry. This method was used to determine selenium content and has higher sensitivity.
