摘要
目的:研究生物活性玻璃对渗透树脂治疗早期釉质龋抗脱矿能力的影响。方法:收集新鲜拔除的牛下切牙制备釉质龋模型,用渗透树脂(ICON)进行处理后分为两组,A组(生物活性玻璃组)和B组(去离子水组)(n=10)进行再矿化处理,将再矿化后的两组样品浸入脱矿液中3 d。通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察脱矿后釉质表面形态,通过维氏硬度计测量牙釉质表面的显微硬度(HV),荧光显微镜观察釉质再矿化程度。结果:扫描电镜观察显示,A组较B组表面沉积颗粒物多,微孔小,凹坑少。表面显微硬度A组显著高于B组(P<0.01)。荧光显微镜检测荧光面积(A)、荧光强度(IOD)和平均荧光强度(MIOD)结果显示,A组均较B组低(P<0.05)。结论:生物活性玻璃可提高渗透树脂治疗早期釉质龋的抗脱矿能力。
Objective:To study the effect of bioactive glass on anti-demineralization of early enamel caries treated with resin infiltration.Methods:The enamel caries model of bovine lower incised teeth was collected and treated with resin infiltration,and then divided into two groups that Group A(bioactive glass group)and Group B(deionized water group)for mineralization.The two groups of samples after mineralization were immersed in demineralization solution for 3 days.The morphology of enamel surface after demineralization was observed by scanning electron microscop(SEM),the micro hardness of enamel surface was measured by Vickers hardness tester,and the degree of enamel re-mineralization was observed by fluorescence microscope.Results:SEM observation showed that Group A had more particles,smaller pores and fewer pits than Group B.The surface micro hardness of Group A was significantly higher than that of Group B(P<0.01).Fluorescence area,fluorescence intensity and average fluorescence intensity detected by fluorescence microscope showed that Group A was lower than Group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bioactive glass can improve the anti-demineralization ability of resin infiltration in the treatment of early enamel caries.
