摘要
高校思想政治教育不仅局限于大学生教育,应包括学校党政管理岗、教师岗、工勤岗、学生四类人员的思想政治教育。不同类型的人由于所处的岗位、在高校教育中所扮演的角色以及个人的世界观、人生观、价值观不同,思想政治教育具有一定的复杂性。开展思想政治教育,提高员工综合素质,对于推进高校健康发展具有重要意义。
The ideological and political education is not limited to undergraduate education,it should include management of the school party and government posts,teachers posts,office staff posts,and students.Because different types of people in different positions,plays different roles in the university,personal view of the world,life and values is different,ideological and political education has a certain complexity.Carry out ideological and political education and improve the overall quality of staff has important signaficance for promoting the development of college.
