摘要
近年来,高校贫困生的资助制度(以下简称资助制度)正在逐步完善中。但仍存在着许多问题,如变换支付机制不完善、教育和除贫存在错位、社会匮乏慈善环境等。笔者拟先从三个角度剖析当前资助体制现存的问题,并尝试提出健全完善制度的措施。
In recent years,college poor students funding system(hereinafter referred to as funding system) is gradually perfected.But there are still many problems,such as changing payment mechanisms are inadequate,there is dislocation of education and poverty eradication,society is lack of environmental charity.The author intend to start with three point analysis of the existing problems in the current funding system,and try to make measures on improving and perfecting system.
