摘要
学困生的转化无论是对老师还是对学生自身都具有极其重要的意义。教师从家庭、学困生自身、学校三个方面分析了学困生的成因,在此基础上提出了转化学困生的对策。
The transformation of the students with learning difficulties to the teacher and the students themselves have very important signify- cance.The teacher analyzes the cause of the students with learning difficultiesfrom the family,the students with learning difficultiesthemselves,the school three aspects,on the basis of this puts forward the countermeasures of transformation of the students with learning difficulties.
