摘要
国际间的医药信息交流和贸易日趋紧密,对具备药学专业知识的英语人才的需求越来越大,要求越来越高,由此导致传统医药英语专业毕业生已经无法适应当前医药国际贸易的发展需求。高校应以地方市场需求和应用型人才的培养要求为导向,从人才培养目标的定位、专业课程的设置、教学手段的改革和师资队伍的建设等方面,探索校企合作下的应用型药学英语专业人才培养模式。
Medical information exchange and international trade increasingly close,the demand for pharmaceutical professional knowledge of English talents is more and more big,the demand is higher and higher,resulting in traditional medicine English major graduates have been unable to adapt to the current medical demand for the development of international trade.Universities should orientate local job market need and the requirements of cultivating practical college graduates,and carries out reform in areas of locating the target of cultivation and improving both the curriculum design and the quality of the teaching staff.Thus we aim to improve the quality of cultivating practical phamaceutical English majors by applying the school-enterprise cooperation mode.
