人因HAZOP在物探作业安全风险识别及控制中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 作为石油勘探开发生产过程中的首要环节,物探作业能否顺利完成,对于后续的钻井、采油等环节有着直接的影响,因此有必要对物探作业进行安全分析。通过整理发生在石油行业的重特大事故可以总结出,人导致的事故大约占80%~90%,由此可见人的因素在物探作业中的重要性。人因HAZOP是从传统的HAZOP发展而来的,主要分析在关键操作或者维护活动过程中出现人因失误的可能性,从而确定人的因素对于风险的影响。结合事故案例对典型物探作业进行必要的危害辨识,并应用人因HAZOP对部分典型物探作业进行安全分析,重点找出与人有关的危险因素,进而提出预防和减少物探作业事故的对策。 As the primary aspects of the oil exploration and production process,whether the geophysical prospecting operations can be completed successfully or not,which can directly affect the drilling,oil extraction and other links. Therefore,the safety issues of the geophysical prospecting operations are needed. Base on the survey of serious accidents occurred in the oil industry,human error accidents account for about 80 or 90 percent of the total,which shows the important role of human factor in geophysical prospecting operations. Human HAZOP evolves from the traditional HAZOP,and it mainly analyzes the possibility of human errors in key personnel operating or maintenance activities in order to determine the influence of human factors on the risk. This paper identifies the typical geophysical prospecting operations' hazard through an accident case,and applies Human HAZOP to ana-lyze the safety of typical geophysical prospecting operations. The key point is to find the risk factors about people,and to put forward the measures to prevent and reduce accidents of geophysical prospecting operations.
