摘要
伴随着全球人口老龄化程度的加深和医疗科技的进步,人们对医疗保健需求层次也在不断提高,但随之而来的问题是社会医疗保障支出的迅速增加,已经成为各国不堪承担的重负,此时的商业健康保险作用逐步凸显。一个健全的医疗保障体系,意味着社会医疗保险与商业健康保险的统筹协调发展。鉴于商业健康保险的重要地位,本文试图通过对商业健康保险体系比较发达且全球华人比例最大的新加坡进行深入剖析,研究其成功经验,以期对我国商业健康保险发展有一定借鉴作用。
With the aging of the global population, advances in medical science and technology, the level of health care people demand is also rising, but the attendant problem is the rapid increase in social health care spending.It has become a national unbearable burden to bear, this time, the role of commercial health insurance has been showing. A sound health care system, which means social medical insurance and commercial health insurance coordinated development. Given the importance of commercial health insurance, this paper attempts to study commercial health insurance system of Singapore, which is more developed and have the most Chinese in addition to China, expect its successful experience has a certain reference China's commercial health insurance.
