胎脑提取液对坐骨神经损伤大鼠脊髓神经元的保护作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究大鼠坐骨神经损伤后,胎脑提取液对脊髓运动神经元酸性磷酸酶(acidphosphatase,ACP)活性的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠54只,随机分为实验组、对照组和正常组,前两组再随机分成术后4个时间组。无菌条件下制作坐骨神经钳夹损伤模型,酶组织化学方法结合显微图像分析,观察各组大鼠脊髓运动神经元ACP活性的变化。结果:ACP反应产物的光密度值正常组为0.28±0.03;对照组术后1d为0.35±0.05,术后1周为0.40±0.05,术后2周为0.47±0.06,术后3周为0.38±0.04;实验组术后1d为0.30±0.04,术后1周为0.38±0.04,术后2周为0.34±0.05,术后3周为0.30±0.06。结论:胎脑提取液对坐骨神经损伤后脊髓前角运动神经元具有保护作用。 AIM:To observe the effects of foetal brain extract on the activity of acid pho sphatase(ACP)of spinal cord motor neurons in rats with sciatic nerve lesion.METH OD:Fifty-four Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups:experimental group,control group and normal group, then the first two groups were divided int o four time groups postsurgery at random.Pliers were applied to the rat sciatic nerve to induce a rat model of neuropathic pain in the condition of no vacterium .By means of enzyme histochemical staining and microimage pattern analysis, ACP activity of spinal cord motor neurons was evaluated.RESULT:Optical density of A CP reaction product: 0.28±0.03 in normal group; 0.35±0.05 1 d postsurgery, 0.4 0±0.05 1 w postsurgery,0.47±0.06 2 w postsurgery,0.38±0.04 3 w postsurgery in control group;0.30±0.04 1 d postsurgery,0.38±0.04 1 w postsurgery,0.34±0.05 2 w postsurgery,0.30±0.06 3 w postsurgery in experimental group.CONCLUSION:Foet al brain extract has a certain protective effect on the anterior horn motor neur ons of spinal cord with sciatic nerve lesion.
