摘要
目的：观察格列美脲片（Glimepiride)治疗2周糖尿病的疗效和安全。方法：采用随机双盲，平行对照的研究方法对57例符合入选标准的受试者治疗12周。结果：治疗组治疗12周后空腹血糖，餐后血糖及HbAlc水平均降低，胰岛素水平升高。空腹血糖降低（2．49±1．61）mmol/L，餐后2h血糖降低（2．90±3．03）mmol/L,HbAlc85.7%;治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗12周中，实验室检查指标均未见有临床意义的变化。研究过程中不良事件发生率为13．7％，主要为低血糖反应和胃肠道症状，均为轻、中度。结论：格列美脲片为一安全和有效的降糖药物。
Objective:To observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of Glimepiride in treatˉment of type2Diabetes.Methods:57patients who meet entrance standard were divided in to2groups by a multi-center,randomized,double-blind paralled controlled study for12weeks.Results:In Glimepiride-treatment group,fasting glucose,postprandial glucose and HbAlc deˉcreased,serum level of insulin increased which is(2.49±1.61)mmol/L,(2.90±3.03)mmol/L,(1.34±1.67)%respectively.The totol efficacy of fasting glucose and postprandial glucose is about88.0%and85.7%respectively.Efficacy of Glimepiride-treatment group is much better than the placebo group.During this12weeks,there is no significant clinical change in laboˉratory test standard.The adverse event profileis,mainly are mild and middle-level hypoˉglycemia and gastrointestinal events,happened13.7%in all the patients.Conclusion:Glimepiride is a safe and efficient anti-glucose drug.
