摘要
将气体近似地考虑成软固体,提出了一种直接对气体划分单元的高压容器的建模方法,推导了软固体单元的弹性矩阵,建立了整个容器结构的动态有限元方程并进行了随机振动响应计算分析。以实验结果为依据,将本文的方法与传统方法进行了比较,结果表明本文的分析结果更为接近实际情况。
Aimed at the design of high pressure vessels filled with gas the gas is regarded as a soft solid, and a modeling method is proposed by introducing the elastic matrix of the soft solid elements. The dynamic element equation of high pressure vessel is established to analyze the random vibration. The calculated results of this method are compared with those of the conventional method and show a better agreement with the test data.
