摘要
某电梯用10.9级35CrMo钢螺栓在安装一段时间后发生断裂,采用直读光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、光学显微镜以及维氏硬度计等仪器设备对螺栓断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:该螺栓在氢和静拉力的共同作用下发生了氢致延迟断裂。
The 10.9grade 35 CrMo steel bolts for elevators fractured after being installed for a period of time,and the fracture reasons were analyzed by direct-reading spectrometer,scanning electronic microscope,optical microscope,Vickers hardness test machine and so on.The results show that the fracture of the bolts was hydrogen induced delay fracture under the co-action of hydrogen and static tensile stress.
