摘要
以铜盐、锰盐为原料,详细研究了铜基低水碳比型CO高温变换催化剂的配方及制备工艺条件.在大量探索性试验的基础上,采用正交试验法对催化剂中的铜锰比、制备过程中铜盐、锰盐混合液浓度、中和温度、pH值以及焙烧温度等因素进行了系统的研究.结果表明,该催化剂的最佳制备条件为:铜锰比1/2,混合液浓度0.09~0.15g/ml,中和过程的温度30~55℃,pH值10~11,焙烧温度500~600℃.依照上述条件所制得的催化剂按高变催化剂的国标进行检测,其初活性(按CO转化率计)可达93%以上.
The paper studies on the prescription and preparationcondition of the copper based shift reaction catalyst detailedly from nantokite and mangante as the resource.On the basis of exploratory research,the paper studies the technology of the catalyst,such as the ratio of Cu to Mn,the concentration of nantokite and mangante,neutralization temperature,pH and calcinations temperature systematically with the method of orthogonal design.The result indicates that the ratio of Cu to Mn:1/2,the concentration of nantokite and mangante:0.09~0.15 g/ml,neutralization temperature:30~55 ℃,pH:10~11 and calcinations temperature:500~600 ℃ are the best preparation conditions.The activity of the catalyst is above 93% by the standard of nation.
