摘要
为满足生物质热解设备的要求,设计了一种新型气动进料器。该进料器气源分为两股气体,其中一股气体为通过气体喷管的喷动气体,另一股为通过气体分布板的流化气体。在冷态条件下对该进料器的进料特性进行了研究,结果表明:喷动气体对进料速率的影响比流化气体大;两股气体共同作用时进料效果最好,不发生堵塞;反应器内部压力越大,进料量越小。
In order to meet the requirements of biomass pyrolysis equipment,a new pneumatic feeder is designed. The feeder's gas is from two sources,one source being the gas spurted from the air nozzle and the other being the fluidized gas going through the gas distribution plate. In cold- state conditions,the feeder's feeding characteristics are studied.The result shows that spouted gas has a greater effect on the feeding rate than the fluidized gas flow of the large gas;the best result is obtained with the two kinds of gases work together,with no occurrence of clogging; the greater the pressure inside the reactor,the smaller the feeding amount.
