摘要
党的十八大以来,我国实施创新驱动发展战略是顺应世界发展潮流和解决我国发展问题的有效举措,是转变经济增长动能和提升发展质量效益的必然要求,是适应和引领经济发展新常态的关键选择。结合我国作为后发现代化国家的基本国情和发展阶段,文章从政府职能转变、市场功能定位、体制机制变革、创新制度建设和文化涵养等方面审视思考,探索新常态下实施创新驱动发展战略的关键路径,让创新发展的科学理念为我国经济注入新的动能,使创新成为当前和今后一个时期我国经济发展的新引擎,最终推动经济朝更高质量、更有效率、更加协调、更可持续的方向健康发展。
Our country has carried out innovation-driven development strategy since 18 th CPC National Congress, which is an effective measure to adapt to the trend of world development and solve the problem of China's development, the necessary requirement to change the kinetic energy of economic growth and improve the quality and efficiency of development, a key choice to adapt to and lead the new normal state of economic development. According to our country's developing country as the basic national conditions and stages of development, this article is based on the following aspects: the transformation of government functions, the market function orientation, the change of system mechanism, the innovation of system construction and the cultural conservation, to explore the key path of implementing innovation-driven development strategy in the new normal. The scientific concept of innovation and development will inject new energy into our economy. Innovation has become the new engine of China's economic development in the current and future periods, finally promoting the development of the economy with higher quality which is more efficient, more coordinated, and more sustainable.
