摘要
阐述了南方离子吸附型稀土矿成矿原理和开采工艺沿革,对照滑坡的形成条件,论述了盗采稀土矿引发地质灾害的机理,提出以资源环境与经济和社会和谐发展为目标,采取政策、经济、法律、技术等防治措施。
The mineralization principle and mining technology evolution of ion-adsorption type rare earth were expounded, in southern China. The geological disaster triggering by illegal mining were analyzed, according to the mechanism of landslide. The prevention measures about policy, economy, law and technology were proposed to achieve harmony development of resource environment, economy and society.
