浅探如皋市长青沙集中式饮用水水源地保护措施

摘要 长期以来,我国经济的过快发展,导致环境容量严重透支,我国的生态环境整体恶化,尤其以水环境恶化最为快速和明显。长江水系作为我国七大水系之一,也受到了不同程度的污染。如皋市政府于2004年实施了引江区域供水工程,从长青沙集中式饮用水水源地取水。水源地的水质安全一直备受关注,从工业、农业、生活源等多角度采取保护措施,将有利于防止水源地水质受到污染,对水源地本身进行生态修复可以使已经受到轻微污染的水体功能恢复。这一系列防治措施可以为相关部门对饮用水水源地实施保护提供借鉴。 For a long time,over fast economic developments of our country have leaded to very severe environmental capacity overdraft and overall ecological environment deterioration.Among them,the water environment deterioration is the most rapid and obvious.As one of the 7 largest river systems,the Yangtze River suffered some pollution.In 2004 Rugao government implemented a water supply project from Changqingsha centralized drinking water source water.Water source water quality and safety always has been a concern.Protective from industry,agriculture,domestic sources and other angles will help to prevent source water quality contamination.Slightly polluted water body function will be recovered through ecological restoration of the water source itself.This series of control measures which implemented to protect drinking water sources provide reference for relevant departments.
