摘要
资源枯竭型城市的产业转型、社会稳定以及转型后的环境影响和环境治理是当前中国经济发展和社会和谐中亟待解决的问题。通过对阜新建国后从煤炭产业向新兴产业转型的过程和产业结构变化及对就业和环境的影响的详细论述,总结了阜新市的产业转型和环境治理方面的经验,并提出为其他资源枯竭型城市可借鉴的相关建议。
The industrial transformation,social stability and the environment impacts and environmental governance after transformation of resource-exhausted cities are the urgent problems to be solved in the current economic development and social harmony in China.The transformation process of Fuxin from the coal industry to emerging industries,industrial structure changes and other factors impact on employment and the environment have been discussed in detail.This article has summarized the Fuxin's experience of industrial transformation and environmental governance,which provides valuable advice for other exhausted cities.
