摘要
采用固相萃取气相色谱串联质谱法测定水中有机氯农药和菊酯类农药。水样过C18固相萃取小柱,用5 m L二氯甲烷、5 m L乙酸乙酯洗脱,浓缩,用串联质谱检测器进行分析,对水中20种有机氯农药和6种菊酯类农药的回收率在70.3%~122%之间,目标化合物的方法检出限介于6.2~12.0 ng/L之间。该法得到了良好的分离效果、较宽的线性关系和较高的灵敏度。
The analytical methods of organo-chlorine pesticide(OCPs)and pyrethroid pesticides in water are studied by SPE-Gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS). The water was passed by C18 solid phase extraction column,eluted with 5 m L dichloromethane and 5 m L ethyl acetate,the analysis was performed by tandem mass spectrometry,the returns-ratio is between 70.3% ~122% of 20 OCPS and 6 pyrethroid pesticides. This method has high sensitivity,precision,and wide linearity.
