摘要
涪陵页岩气田部分区块已进入产量递减期,由于气井压降快或各单井到集气站距离不同,单井到集气站的管道压力降也会不同,致使部分低压气井被迫停产。针对上述问题,结合涪陵页岩气田的实际情况,提出对低压区块和气井采取增压开采措施。通过使用PIPEPHASE软件建立集输管网仿真模型,计算得到各集气站增压时机,并结合国内外气田增压开采调研分析总结提出5种增压开采方案,通过经济比选得到最优增压开采方案,有效提高气田低压井的生产能力,为页岩气的实际开采和管网运输提供理论指导。
Some blocks of Fuling shale gas field have entered the stage of production decline.Due to the rapid pressure drop of the gas well or the different distance from each single well to the gas gathering station,the pressure drop of the pipeline from the single well to the gas gathering station was different,causing some low-pressure gas wells to be forced to stop production.In view of the above problems,combined with the actual situation of Fuling shale gas field,it was proposed to adopt the supercharged exploitation measures for low pressure blocks and gas wells.In this paper,PIPEPHASE software was used to establish the simulation model of the gathering pipeline network,the supercharging timing of each gas gathering station was calculated.Combined with the research and analysis of the supercharged exploitation of domestic and foreign gas fields,five kinds of supercharged exploitation schemes were put forward,and the optimal supercharged exploitation measure was obtained through economic comparison.The production capacity of the low-pressure wells in the gas field was effectively improved.
