甘井子区新增建设用地管理平台设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 随着经济的快速发展,人地供需矛盾在逐渐加剧,及时掌握土地利用现状,对避免土地闲置浪费和粗放利用具有重要的指导意义.以大连市甘井子区新增建设用地实际调研情况为基础,综合遥感、土地利用数据等多源数据,按照大连市"一张图"数据库建设要求,从建设用地批、供、用三个方面进行外业和内业的同步调查以及综合分析,采用C/S架构、ArcGIS Engine组件技术、C#.NET技术、Arc SDE数据库引擎技术和数据库技术,按照用户管理、地图浏览、数据编辑、空间查询、数据统计分析、政策法规咨询和系统帮助8个模块开发设计本系统,为全面掌握甘井子区新增建设用地情况、及时更新建设用地变更信息、土地利用管理政策法规咨询提供相应的管理工具. With the rapid development of the economy,the contradiction between supply and demand of people is gradually intensifying,and timely grasping the status quo of land use and use has important guiding significance for avoiding idle waste and extensive utilization of land.Therefore,based on the actual investigation of new construction land in Ganjingzi district of Dalian city,this paper integrates multi-source data such as remote sensing and land use data.According to the construction requirements of Dalian'one map'database,it is approved from construction land,supply and use.Simultaneous survey and comprehensive analysis of the field and industry,using C/S architecture,ArcGIS Engine component technology,C#.NET technology,Arc SDE database engine technology and database technology,according to user management,map browsing,data editing,spatial query,statistical analysis of data,policy and regulatory advice and system assistance to develop and design the system with 8 modules.Provide appropriate management tools for comprehensively grasping the newly-built construction land in Ganjingzi district,timely updating the land use change information,and consulting on land use management policies and regulations.
