摘要
本文对驴血的成分与营养特点作了阐述,对驴血资源在食品工业、医药工业、特色生物产品开发与农产品安全监测中的应用前景进行了展望,为加强驴血资源综合开发,促进驴产业发展提供理论依据。
In this paper, the composition and nutritional characteristics of donkey blood are described. The research progress and application prospect of donkey blood resources in food industry, pharmaceutical industry, development of characteristic biological products and safety monitoring of agricultural products are reviewed. It provides a theoretical basis for strengthening the comprehensive development of donkey blood resources and accelerating the development of donkey industry.
