摘要
近年来,糖尿病的发病率日渐增高,在此基础上发生的血管病变是导致患者伤残甚至死亡的关键病因。芪归药对作为自古以来的经典配伍之一,能够气血同调,发挥益气活血的功效,从而起到防治糖尿病血管病变的作用。文章从糖尿病血管病变的病因病机、治疗原则以及芪归药对的功效、相关药理研究等方面来探讨芪归药对防治糖尿病血管病变的理论,以期为相关研究提供参考一二。
In recent years,the incidence of diabetes is increasing.On this basis,vascular disease is the key cause of disability and even death.As one of the classical compatibility since ancient times,Huangqi(Astragalus)combined with Danggui(Angelica sinensis)can regulate Qi and blood and plays the role of replenishing Qi and activating blood,thereby playing a role in preventing and treating diabetic angiopathy.In order to provide the reference one or two for the related research.The theory of the prevention and treatment of diabetic angiopathy is discussed from the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principles,the efficacy and the related pharmacological research.
