摘要
桂枝汤作为《伤寒杂病论》开篇第一方,为群芳之首,已被广泛应用于心血管系统疾病的治疗。现代研究证明桂枝汤及其类方具有增强血液循环、保护血管内皮、扩张血管、抗炎、调节血脂和改善心功能的作用,在治疗冠心病、高血压、心力衰竭、心律失常等疾病中取得了显著疗效。文章就桂枝汤及其类方对心血管疾病的基础研究和临床应用方面进行了总结,旨在探索经方治疗心血管疾病的作用机制,拓展其临床应用范围,为心血管疾病的研究和防治提供新的思路。
Guizhi Decoction,as the introductory prescription of Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,is the first among all the prescriptions.It has been widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Modern research has proved that Guizhi Decoction and similar prescriptions can enhance blood circulation,protect blood vessel endothelium,dilate blood vessels,defend against inflammation,regulate blood lipids and improve cardic function and have significant effects on treating coronary heart disease,high blood pressure,cardiac failure and cardiac arrhythmia,etc.The present paper summarized the basic research on the effects of Guizhi Decoction and similar prescriptions on cardiovascular diseases and their clinic application in order to explore the mechanism of action for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases and expand clinic application to further provide new thinking for the research as well as prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
