摘要
低聚木糖是目前功效最好的一种功能性低聚糖,具有促进肠道内有益菌生长、增强机体免疫等保健功能,可以广泛应用于保健食品、动物饲料和医药等行业。利用棉籽壳为原料生产的低聚木糖能去除棉籽壳中的80%以上的色素和其他物质;固定化酶酶活达到原酶酶活的90%以上,并且可以重复利用2次以上,酶解产物中低聚木糖含量占总固形物含量的30%以上。同时,纯化成本较低,低聚木糖成分达到干物质含量的70%以上。
The low poly xylose is one of the best functional oligosaccharide with the best effect currently,having the growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut,enhancing the immunity health care function,can be widely used in food,animal feed and pharmaceutical industries. The low poly xylose using cotton seed shell as raw material can remove more than 80% of the pigment and other materials in the cotton seed shell; the enzyme activity of immobilized enzyme reaches more than 90% of enzyme activity in the original enzyme,and can be reused more than 2 times,the content of low poly xylose in enzymolysis products accounts for over 30% of the total solids content. At the same time,the cost of purification is lower,the components of low poly xylose reach more than 70% of the dry matter content.
