摘要
为解决并联双循环风冷冰箱的噪声问题,采用流场计算、噪声源分析及声比拟理论相结合的方法研究风道系统的流场和声场特征,提出了导风圈匹配、防回流环设计、风道分风优化设计。试验验证,实现了冰箱整机噪声36.0 dB目标。该研究成果丰富了冰箱静音设计的设计理论和噪声抑制机理,为双循环风冷冰箱的静音设计和声品质改善提供重要的设计参考。
In order to reduce the noise of parallel cycle frost-free refrigerator,the method of combining the flow field calculation,the noise source analysis and acoustic analogy theory was applied to predict the flow field and acoustic field characteristics of air duct system,and the air deflector matching method,design of the backflow preventing structure on deflector and optimization design of the air duct structure were proposed.The test results show that the overall noise level of the refrigerator achieved the silencing goal of 36.0 dB.The research results enriched the noise reduction mechanisms and noise suppression theory of refrigerators,which provide important references for the noise reduction design and sound quality improvement of the parallel cycle frost-free refrigerator.
