摘要
对铸造表面粗糙度的计算机视觉检测方法进行了初步的研究,认为这一方法具有非接触、高速度及三维测量等一系列优点,并能更好地模拟人类的视觉检测,与触针法测量结果具有很好的相关性,在进一步研究的基础上,可望能在铸造表面粗糙度比较样块检定与工件的实际生产环境下在线测中得到应用.
This paper gives a short review of the method used previously to measure cast surface roughness and a brief introduction about computer vision technology then a new method to measure cast surface roughness by computer vision is developed and the preliminary study shows that the computer vision method has the advantages of a noncontact three dimensional measure- ment,high speed and a good correlation with the stylus tracing method.This method can be used in inspection of comparison samples and on-line measure- ment of real works of cast surface under production environment.
