摘要
关于海绵城市建设的总图设计涉及到的学科众多,综合性和政策性强,与社会经济和科学技术水平关系密切,具有持续性和先进性,与低碳城市、生态城市、可持续发展等理念相辅相成。其是在利用雨水管渠系统的基础上,通过"渗、滞、蓄、净、用、排"等技术控制手段,将城市绿地作为构建载体。总图设计应体现构建海绵城市建设理念,顺随新兴趋势,不断积累经验,为城市可持续发展提供支撑。
The general plan for the construction of sponge city involves a large number of disciplines that is comprehensive and policy-oriented,and is closely related to the socio-economic and scientific and technological level,is with continuity and advancement,which is consistent to the concepts of low-carbon cities,ecological cities and sustainable development complement.The general plan design of the sponge city construction is based on the use of rainwater pipe system,and the urban green space is used as a construction carrier through technical control methods such as“seepage,stagnation,storage,purification,use and drainage”.The general plan design should reflect the construction of the sponge city construction concept,follow the emerging trend,and continuously accumulate experience to provide support for the sustainable development of the city.
