摘要
上气道是呼吸气体出入肺的通道,其形态与颌面部骨骼结构关系密切。各类影响颌面部骨骼结构的正畸、正颌治疗均会在一定程度上影响上气道大小、形态。本研究就上气道与颌面骨骼形态关系以及正畸、正颌治疗对上气道的影响做一综述。
The upper airway is the passage for air into and out of the lungs,its morphology is closely related to the bone morphology of the maxillofacial region.All kinds of orthodontic or orthognathic treatments affecting the maxillofacial structure will affect the upper airway morphology to some extent.This study reviewed the relationship between the upper airway and maxillofacial bone morphology,and the effects of orthodontic or orthognathic treatments on the upper airway.
