摘要 基本普及学前教育是我国未来十年教育改革与发展的重要任务之一,而影响学前教育发展的关键因素即是师资水平。泸州市学前教育师资队伍现状不容乐观,存在学前教育师资数量不足,幼儿教师身份编制不落实、待遇权益无保障、教师队伍不稳定,师资队伍素质参差不齐,整体质量不高等问题。针对以上问题,应采用如下对策:改革人事制度、完善管理机制,加强学前师范教育改革、提高学前师范教育质量,加强师德建设、提升教师责任感,加强业务培训、提高教育教学水平,提高工资待遇、解决后顾之忧。 Basic popularization of preschool education is one of the significant tasks of our country's future ten year reform and development.The key factor of influencing preschool education is teachers' levels.There are many problems in Luzhou's present situation of teachers such as insufficient teachers,unsteady teaching staff,uneven quality of teachers and low quality of the team.Measures of reforming personnel system,perfecting management mechanism,strengthening preschool normal education reform,promoting preschool normal education,strengthening the construction of teachers' morality,enhancing teachers' sense of responsibility,reinforcing professional training,promoting levels of teaching and education,raising their salary and solving their relative worries are to be adopted.
