摘要
民办高等教育的效益是为了提高民办高校的多元综合效益 ,政府有必要放宽民办高校办学的某些限制、允许民办高校的产业化运作 ,促使民办高校自制“蛋糕” ,增加和扩大积累 。
Privately\|run higher education produces many benefits. In order to bring such benefits into full play, the government need lift certain restrictions on privately\|run colleges and universities, allow them to operate on a commercial basis, help them to make their own 'cake', promote their expansion, and facilitate their healthy development.
