玉米杂交种主要农艺性状的相关和通径分析 被引量:14

摘要 用不完全双列杂交法组配25个组合,对玉米的生育期等10个农艺性状与籽粒产量的遗传相关和通径进行研究。结果表明,除生育期外的9个农艺性状与籽粒产量的遗传相关系数为正值,且达到显著或极显著差异。结实长、穗粗、株高、出籽率、百粒重、穗长和穗行数与籽粒产量的直接效应为正值,其中结实长与产量的直接通径系数最大(P=0.4676),其次为穗粗(P=0.4170),而生育期等3个性状的直接通径系数为负值。选育玉米高产杂交种时,要注重果穗结实长度和穗粗的选择。 25 crossed were made for incomplete diallel crosses. Heredity correlation and heredity path of growing period etc. 10 agronomic characters with grain yield of maize were studied. The result indicated that heredity correlation coefficient of every character were significant except of growth period. The result of path analysis indicated directly path coefficient of fertile length, ear diameter, plant height, produced grain percentage, 100 grain weight, ear length, rows per ear and grain was positive. In those, directly path coefficient of fertile length with grain yield was the largest, it was 0.467 6. Next, directly path coefficient of ear diameter. With grain yield was 0.417 0 and direct path coefficient of growth period ect. three characters was negative. When selecting high grain yield hybrid of maize, we must attend to select fertile length and ear diameter.
