慢性氟中毒、砷中毒及联合中毒小鼠肝脏脂质过氧化损害的比较 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨慢性氟中毒、砷中毒及联合中毒对小鼠肝脏脂质过氧化损害程度及其异同。方法昆明种小白鼠120只,随机分成对照、氟中毒、砷中毒和氟砷联合中毒4组,分别自由进食普通、高氟、高砷和高氟高砷饲料,饲养6个月和12个月。分别检测肝脂质过氧化物(LPO)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和肝甘油三脂(TG)含量、肝超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和血清谷丙转氨酶(SGPT)活性。结果发现3种中毒均可引起肝LPO含量显著升高,GSH含量、SOD和GSH-Px活性显著降低,血清SGPT活性和肝TG含量显著升高。但3种中毒对这些指标的影响程度是不同的。结论慢性氟中毒、砷中毒和氟砷联合中毒均能引起小鼠肝脏发生脂质过氧化损害作用,并且氟、砷两毒物对这一作用存在一定的相互影响。 Objective To study the levels,similarities an d differences in the injury effects o f lipid peroxidation in livers caused by chronical fluorosis,arse nism and fluoride -arsenic poisonin g respectively in mices.Method120mices were random-ly divided into four groups which were fed with four different diets suppl emented respectively fluoride,ars enic and fluoride -ar-senic for 6and 12months.The content s of liver LPO,GSH and TG and the activ ities of liver SOD,GSH -Px and serum S GPT were determined.Result In the three poisoning groups:the LP O contents in liver were significant ly increased.The GSH con-tents and the activities of SOD and GSH -Px in liver were markedly decrease d.The increases of serum SGPT activities and liver TG contents were significances.How ever,the effects of the three different poisonings on these indices were differential.Conclu-sion In mices ,the effects of lipid peroxidation injuries in liver were induce d by chronical fluorosis,arsenism a nd fluoride -ar-senic poisoning respectively,to so me extent ,fluoride and arsenic can i nfluence each other the effect.[
