摘要
本文利用灰色系统理论 ,把灰色关联度与灰熵结合起来 ,建立了基于灰关联熵理论的房地产市场有效需求影响因素分析模型 ,为房地产市场需求分析提供了一种新方法 。
Based on the grey systematic theory, the grey entropy relation grade comparing with the grey entropy was investigated, and a model of influential factors on effective demand of real estate markets was set up. It improves the evaluation system of real estate market.
